It is rare for a retinoblastoma to develop after age 14 and it is uncommon for ocular melanoma to occur during childhood [1]. Ocular melanomas occur in the uveal tract (iris, ciliary body and choroid), conjunctiva, eyelids and rarely in the orbit. This chapter will deal only with the intraocular melanomas.
