70 Year Old White Male with Grouped Blisters on Right Lower LegA 70-year-old male presented with a painful, itchy rash. The rash began with an itchy sensation which then transformed into blisters that were easily breakable. The patient is a long term resident at a local nursing home. The patient was also allergic to Zocor and Fluvastatin.

6 Year Old White Male with Recurrent Brownish Patches Around MouthA 6-year-old male presented with a recurrent lesion around the mouth. These lesions were frozen with liquid nitrogen therapy at his previous visit but the lesions still persisted. The patient was using the following medications at the time of service: Desonide 0.05 % topical cream.
