Postoperative nuclear study showed preserved arterial flow to pelvic kidney.

Post-op course was complicated by dilutional coagulopathy, transient deterioration of liver function tests, and pulmonary complications. Open repair of AAA in patients with cirrhosis of the liver is discussed.
