Optimization of linear systems,er, we review Stem cell Therapeutics as an Emerging Paradigm in Stroke (STEPS) group and the guidelines for the development of cell therapy for stroke in the United States as well as introduce the development of new guidelines in Japan. These guidelines are expected to encourage the development of cell therapy for stroke management.

This review provides an introduction to neural stem/progenitor cells and briefly describes some advances in neural stem cell transplantation for stroke.
