Recombinant protein expression in a , cell line: comparison with the baculovirus system,eceptor integrates correctly in the S2 membrane, binds [.H]spiperone with high affinity and exhibits pharmacological characteristics identical to that of the receptor expressed in Sf9 and mammalian cells. The general implications for large scale production of recombinant proteins are discussed.

Dan Tzivoni,Jesaia Benhorin,Shlomo Sternof the culture except the lag phase and it was clearly demonstrated that IFN-γ production was growth associated. Specific glucose and glutamine utilisation rates were inversely related to specific growth rates.

David W. Gjertson,Paul I. Terasakie of glutamate. Choline independent cells were isolated from a choline limited chemostat. In an alternative approach to modifying cell behaviour, we have used recombinant DNA techniques to introduce the glutamine synthetase (GS) gene to a hybridoma. This resulted in glutamine independence and increased productivity.
