Optimization in Public Transportationon joint loading. Malalignment is an important risk factor for failure of cartilage repair procedures. With the aim of creating optimal biomechanical conditions for the induced or transplanted repair tissue, unloading osteotomies should be part of the standard therapy in cartilage surgery of varus knees.
