Second Generation Codon Optimized Minicircle (CoMiC) for Nonviral Reprogramming of Human Adult Fibr, have recently been developed. Utilizing a newly developed codon optimized 4-in-1 minicircle (CoMiC), we were able to reprogram human adult fibroblasts using chemically defined media and without the need for feeder cells.

Cell Sheet Technology for Cardiac Tissue Engineering,nsive culture surfaces, can be easily transplanted onto heart tissues of animal models, and those cell sheet constructs enhance the cell transplant efficiency, resulting in the induction of effective therapy.

Northern Irish Poetry and Theologye introduction of variability in other organ systems has demonstrated beneficial effects to cell function in vitro. We hypothesize that the introduction of variability in engineered cardiac tissue could have a similar effect.
