Standard Screening for Cardiac Sarcoidosis,ng are all helpful in the diagnosis and surveillance of cardiac sarcoidosis. Ambulatory monitoring has emerged as one of the more powerful tools to detect cardiac involvement, though an emerging composite scoring system may help even further.
