Promoting Artificial Grasslands to Improve Carbon Sequestration and Livelihood of Herderse management, such as appropriate mix of plant species and livestock breeds, fertilization, irrigation, poison weed control and rats and pests control are equally important in keeping balance between ecological function and livelihood for pastoral system in HKH region.
