Protoacoustics and Its Applications in Radiation Oncologyfoundations, instrumentation development, software advancements, and potential applications of protoacoustics, such as Bragg peak localization and in vivo dosimetry. Further, complex patient-specific phantoms formed from tissue-mimicking materials have been developed to characterise OpUS imaging devices, mimicking clinical scenarios and providing training models for clinicians.
