Surgical Anatomy of the Scalpn can compromise the entire surgical act. The first step in this process is the anatomical knowledge of vascularization, scalp innervation, and the possibility of hiding the scar. If this is not possible, minimizing aesthetic defects are an essential step in any neurosurgical approach.
