Comparison of different filtration techniquess analysing both the slope and the intercept of this equation in the hope of being able to distinguish in these experiments what is due to white cells and what is not due to white cells (Fig. 1) I think there is a lot of interpretation to be given to that yet. l also said a few words of changing osm

In a similar washed-cell positive pressure system (Nuclepore 5 μm filters, haematocrit 0.05, flow rate 1.5 ml/min) we have related suspension white cell count to both the initial pressure ratio (pi/Pb) as well as to the final pressure ratio after 6 minutes’ filtration (Pf/Pb).
