Microorganisms from Patagonian Aquatic Environments for Use in Aquaculturecrobial agent production (i.e., bacteriocins) and adhesion properties of such strains. Moreover, we introduce Patagonian native yeasts as a promising natural source of astaxanthin and other valuable compounds for fish and crustacean aquaculture.
