Key Element: Si / Schlüsselelement: Siethiobiotin synthases, have latently periodic structure. We also identified the periodicity pattern responsible for formation of parallel n-barrel in a number of enzymes. Possible relationships of regular structures and latent periodicity are also discussed.

Nucleosomal DNA Organization: An Integrated Information Systemed information on other factors that influence nucleosome positioning, and (2) NucleoMeter software package for recognition of these sites. The system allows prognostic estimates of both the ability of arbitrary genomic sequences to position nucleosomes and functional significance of such positioning to be obtained.

Argo_Viewer: A Package for Recognition and Analysis of Regulatory Elements in Eukaryotic Genesissue-specific genes were analyzed and vocabularies of region-specific oligonucleotide motifs were constructed. We suggest a procedure to recognize tissue-specific gene promoters basing on the presence and distribution of certain oligonucleotide motifs.
