Nitric Oxide-Induced Lymphocyte Activation: A Role for G Proteinstein tyrosine kinase activity and CD45 protein tyrosine phosphatase activity. Determination of Nitric Oxide Levels by Fluorescence Spectroscopyrted (Kelm and Schrader, 1990; Stuehr and Marietta, 1985; Palmer et al., 1986), invokes the need for an accurate, specific method for the determination of this species. Ultimately, the method should enable in situ measurements, therefore it must be nondestructive to tissue.
