Case 2: Stakeholders’ Reactions to an Upstream Intervention to Improve Children’s Dietsassessed parents’ support for the policy. The findings were used by the West Australian Government to enhance the policy and refine its implementation. The study outcomes demonstrate how upstream interventions designed to improve quality of life at a population level can impact behaviours that are difficult to change with downstream strategies.

Case 6: Development of a Marketing Strategy for German Minority Association in Croatiagnised the need to implement marketing concept in their strategy. This approach has helped them to learn more about their membership, adjust programmes and activities and get better recognition in the external environment. By doing so, the quality of life of the minority members has been significantly improved.
