Physical Functionality in Older Adults Through Interactive Digital TV Interventionured through anthropometric parameters..After 29 exercise sessions, positive impacts on physical function and mood were observed, with significant improvements in flexibility, muscle strength, balance, and gait. These results suggest that interactive digital television could be a useful platform to improve the quality of life of older adults.
