Hiroyuki Ohshima,Shigenobu ShimadaAn inversion formula for Hankel- and Toeplitz-Bezoutians has been previously established using results on resultant matrices as well as the kernel structure of Hankel and Toeplitz matrices. Here we establish a direct, short and quite natural proof of this inversion formula (exemplified in the Hankel case) avoiding any detours.
