Squamous Cell Carcinoma,Squamous carcinoma of the pancreas consists entirely of squamous cell elements and lacks any ductal component. The diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma should only be made after extensive sampling of the tumor to exclude adenosquamous cell carcinoma (see Chapter “Adenosquamous Cell Carcinoma” in this volume).

Pancreatoblastoma,Pancreatoblastoma is a malignant tumor composed of epithelial tissue with acinar differentiation, squamoid cell nests, and occasional neuroendocrine cells. Some tumors may also have a pronounced mesenchymal component. It usually occurs in infants, but has recently also been reported in adults [1, 2].
