Non-linear Phenomena Exhibited by Flexible Cylindrical and Sector Shells,are solved using two methods: the Bubnov–Galerkin method (BGM) and the finite difference method (FDM). Validity and reliability of the results is verified through a comparison to the results obtained by Andreev et al. (Stability of Shells Under Non-Symmetric Deformation.
