Archwise Distraction Appliance (AWDA) in Cleft Lip and Palate Patient Treatment: Case Reports,uring osteotomy. At the end of the preoperative orthodontic treatment, braces were removed, polyvinyl siloxane impression was taken, and Cr–Co appliance was fabricated (Fig. 8.3). During the appliance fabrication, thermal retainer was given to keep the teeth retained.

Alkohole, Aldehyde, Ketone u. a.some markers start to show a decline in expression, and the distraction gap starts to consolidate. At this final stage of consolidation, the bone microcolumns connect and start remodeling. Collagen type-I gets more abundant. The expression of BMPs is low, and VEGF expression starts to decline.

Vertical Alveolar Distraction Osteogenesis, traumatic incident resulting in a significant mandibular alveolar bone injury and defect. At the end of the treatment, three implants were placed on the regenerated alveolar bone, and the function was restored.
