Contributions of Current Research to Algal Systematics,nerable of all chlorophyll-bearing life on earth. Algae are certainly here to stay and of course we are less sure about Man, so it is appropriate that emphasis be placed on algae and that we think of what these plants mean to Man, this marauding upstart on the biological scene.
