Experimental Analysis of the Effects of Gaseous Air Pollutants,monitored. For example, with fluoride the most important components are the water-soluble gaseous fluoride compounds, such as hydrofluoric acid (HF), silicon tetrafluoride (SiF.), and fluorosilicic acid (H.SiF.)
