Front Mattera kunt en moet u veel zelf doen. Dat geldt voor een snurker, maar eens te meer voor een OSAS-pati?nt. Zoals we hiervoor hebben gezien, is er een omvangrijke serie ziekten die met OSAS samenhangen (comorbiditeit). Maar in de snurkpoli en slaapcentra wordt alleen de OSAS behandeld. De rest moet de pat
