Applications of Metallic Foams,is inherently nonlocal. This chapter describes the issue regarding nonlocality in low- and intermediate-energy nucleon-nucleus scattering. It is found that not only are the interactions nonlocal but highly nonlocal for which usual approximate corrections to local models of scattering cannot account.
