Adenovirus Vectored Vaccines, long history of safe and efficacious use of the vaccines have prompted us (Davis et al, 1985; Hung et al, 1988; Lubeck et al, 1989; Hsu et al, 1991) and others (Saito et al, 1985; Ballay et al, 1985, Johnson et al, 1988; Dewar et al, 1989) to develop a variety of live recombinant vaccines using adenovirus as vectors.
