Proton Conductivity in Hydrated Proteins. Evidence for Percolationed and grows to reach an Arrhenius law only at room temperature. As shown by deuterium substitution, in the intermediate temperature range the conductivity is likely due to proton tunneling. Quite similar results have been obtained in powdered samples of corn embryos, an intact system of several enzymes imbedded in membranes.

Studies of Protein Hydration by Direct NMR Observation of Individual Protein-Bound Water Moleculesmolecules or hydroxyl protons of amino acid side chains. Their total number is small compared to the number of NOE’s expected from the hydration water molecules identified in the crystal structures of BPTI.

Copper Ions at Trace Level and DNA Functioning : Studies Performed with 64Cu and 67.Curreparable and the lethal efficiency is high. In order to explain these results, these copper atoms should occupy a strategic position and play a fundamental role. This role was connected to that of metal traces in the software of a microcomputer, and a DNA organisation in 3 units was suggested.
